  20. They are also available in Germany at a better prices (~DM 650). I've one in
  21. my machine and it works very nice. Allthough graphics cards give you better
  22. performance for your money the Scandoubler II, as this device is called,
  23. gives you a nice speed increase in 256 colour modes (PAL/NTSC lace instead
  24. of DBLPAL/DBLNTSC), full compatibility and no need to have a monitor that
  25. syncs down to 15 Khz.
